15 Conversations On The Field
Features a physical & mental check in for 15 minutes once a week. This allows an opportunity to have dialogue with athletes about valuing their physical wellness and mental wellness equally.

15 STICKS AWARD

GRANT PROGRAM
  • $1,500 Grant to a program or player that exemplifies the character of our lost founder Rob Kavovit - The Ultimate Assist Man
  • Custom designed 15 For Life Lacrosse Stick by Powell Lacrosse which serves as the trophy to be awarded at the end of each game to the player that exemplifies the essence of "teammate" on and off the field. The player who earns the 15 Stick trophy the most times in one season is awarded the $1,500 grant
  • 15 For Life Practice Jerseys are provided to the team to raise awareness about the importance of bringing this conversation openly to athletes on the field
PLEDGE 15
The 15 For Life Foundation will gather 1.5 million "Pledge Seconds" per day through our "15 Second Pledge" social media campaign.
This initiative will create awareness around mental illness and depression, as well as open dialogue
and educate people on how to help themselves and others around them.
